Welcome to the neighborhood’s favorite supplier of soft loaves and breads with golden crusts (organic sourdough, rye, focaccia, etc.)! The second of three locations from the Franco-British Ten Belles team (Alice Quillet, Anna Trattles and Anselme Blayney) fills up at lunchtime with people working in advertising or startuppers, looking for a quick, well-made lunch. Join the line facing the long windowed bar overlooking a stainless-steel workspace, and get to know the toastie of the day – rye with hard-boiled eggs and marinated red onions; focaccia with carrots and a ras el-hanout-spiced hummus; or even a refreshing heirloom tomato, cucumber, watermelon and basil salad. Then place your order, tacking on a black sesame cookie or a slice of coffee hazelnut cake as you do so. // T.V.X. & D.S.

FEELING THIRSTY? There’s plenty to keep your feeling alert: a cortado from the Belleville Brûlerie (roasted in Montreuil at Deck and Donohue, €3.50), an iced latte (€5), Pressé fruit juices (€5 for 330 ml).

PRICE: Sandwiches and focaccia from €3.90 to €9.90, salads €5.90 to €11.90, desserts €2.50 to €4.50.
