There are 228 light bulbs on the ceiling of this tiled two-story restaurant, with black and white furniture, metal plaques on the wall and a dozen seats on the terrace. As for the food, it’s just like at Oberkampf and the Marais, an American menu with hipster style and a healthy attitude: tender and crispy onion rings for €6.70; THC-free Smoky Blue burgers with plump buns, Le Ponclet beef, smoked bacon, onion confit and Blue Stilton cheese (€12); crispy fries cooked twice and cut extra small (€3.50); and for the sweeties, there’s their famous cheesecake (€6.40) or a comforting chocolate cake (€6.40). In addition to the 10 star burgers on the menu, PNY also has around 20 beers, including a strong bottled Belgian Lupulus (€14, 750 ml). But careful, the nonchalant staff tends to send out appetizers and mains at the same time….
