“Ta musique est plus jolie que tout le ciel de l’Italie,” once crooned Dalida, And now, the Faggio brothers’ (Osteria, Pizzeria and Salumeria) father, Fabien Lombardi, would like to introduce you to his brand new Bambino! Inside this cheeky wine bar, lovers of natural vin(yl) stand shoulder-to-shoulder around the raw concrete bar, while Fabulous Fab, flanked by two giant speakers, mixes Jean Carn, MF Doom, Flakes I… So what’s bringing a little excitement to your taste buds? Wild plates that plunge headfirst into the Mediterranean: unfussy Jewish-style artichokes; a crisp puntarella salad glistening with anchovy vinaigrette; playful duck heart skewers with salsa verde; delicious Provençal stew sprinkled with peanuts and served with wonderfully creamy polenta; and for the final touch to such a lovely moment, an impeccable tarte Tatin or a plump creampuff for dessert. // Niels Kammermann

There are a few cocktails (including a Ciprian, a kind of Americano made with walnut wine, €10), and some carefully sourced wines: a Beaujolais-Villages from Alex Foillard (€6 a glass), a Gard red blend from Lori Haon (€25 a bottle), a Burgundy Chardonnay from Jennifer and Pierre Clair (€42)…
