Planqué dans le sous-sol voûté du Breizh Café Montorgueil, La Cave à Cidre (comptoir cuivré, papier peint fonds marins) vous embarque toutes voiles dehors pour une emballante route pommière. Débarqué de La Fabrique (Saint-Malo), cap’tain Robin Le Texier y shake neuf cinglantes créations nippo-bretonnes, dont deux sans alcool. Mention spéciale pour le très souple Milk Punch (rhum, lait ribot, eau-de-vie de cidre, fève tonka, poivre – 10 €), et le plus raide Korrigan (alcool de prune, infusion de sarrasin torréfié, bitter sarrasin, pommeau – 9 €). A noter, de chouettes grignotages (comme les mini-galettes au beurre Bordier, 6,80 €) et la possibilité d’acheter des quilles de cidre millésimées. // A.B.
